I've tried this a couple of times but the original show is an HD show and after Format Factory converts it to MP4, the resolution and aspect ratio is incorrect. What settings does Format Factory need in order to keep the same resolution and aspect ratio 1080i and 16X9? The show is 16X9 except that it has black bars all around so it's not filling in the screen.
